Minced meat gözleme

2014-03-01 15.12.56Eaten on the Boxhagener Platz’s weekly market again (living just around the corner is a bless but also a curse).

Gözleme is a traditional Turkish pastry, filled and rolled. At Boxi they serve it rolled with salad and sauce.

I’ve tried their spinach&cheese version as well a couple of weeks ago. So far I liked the meat one more because it was way spicier (I do use too much salt&spices when I cook myself.) I still have to try their tomato&cheese and zucchini&cheese gözlemes though and then I can decide which one is my favourite.
